MiSAIL and Nearmap Use for Crash Analytics

In coordination with MDOT, DTMB is the recipient of a National Highway Transportation Safety Administration grant that funds high resolution imagery by Nearmap. The imagery is available within 2-4 weeks of acquisition. MDOT utilizes the imagery for roadway crash analytics.
