Driven in part by increased resident interest, the City of Kalamazoo decided to develop and deploy a program that would allow members of the public to "adopt" and clean out select stormwater catch basins. Although ESRI provides an off-the-shelf solution for such initiatives, the city identified certain business needs that required a more custom approach.
